ERP Solution Architect

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. This role is based in the ERP & Business Solutions division, which delivers future-ready, enterprise-scale digital foundations across our global landscape. Operating at the intersection of business strategy, regulatory compliance, and complex ERP architecture, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle and compliance of critical Artworks systems. The opportunity:

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership: Design robust, standards-based Artworks solutions in complex multi-ERP contexts, establishing reference architectures, Conceptual/Logical Data Models, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

System Ownership & Compliance Assurance: Act as the IT System Owner responsible for system integrity, operational continuity, and strict compliance with global regulations (GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA), while leading Computer System Validation (CSV) and audit readiness.

Hands-On Delivery & Coordination: Support fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, and patch maintenance while distributing technical tasks across cross-functional IT teams to ensure predictable execution.

Strategic Roadmap & Tech Evaluation: Formulate and drive the Artworks technology roadmap, manage technical debt, conduct feasibility studies, and evaluate external vendors and emerging technologies.

Stakeholder Management & Mentorship: Serve as the strategic bridge between IT, Business Process Owners, and Subject Matter Experts, clearly communicating architectural concepts and mentoring members of the enterprise architecture community.

Who you are:

Education & Core Experience (Required): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with proven experience designing business-driven solutions within complex ERP environments.

Domain & Compliance Expertise (Required): 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role), including 2+ years of hands-on experience with labelling artworks management processes for pharmaceutical/medical devices under GxP/CSV regulations.

Architecture & Governance Mastery (Required): Deep technical expertise in integration pathways, taxonomies, ontologies, enterprise architecture governance, and technology/vendor assessments.

Methodologies & Delivery (Preferred): Working knowledge of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, SAP Activate), collaboration tools (Jira, ServiceNow), enterprise middleware, and multi-cultural onsite-offshore delivery models.

Leadership & Soft Skills (Required): Collaborative leader with strong ownership, sophisticated analytical thinking, exceptional stakeholder negotiation capabilities, and fluent business English.

Salary range: 228,900.00 – 425,100.00 PLN gross/year (based on employment contract).

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
