Typical Accountabilities- Define key challenges faced by the brand team, prioritize critical issues, and oversee comprehensive research and data analysis to ensure evidence-based decision-making for high-impact marketing strategies.- Plan and coordinate the appropriate use of diverse analytical resources to address business needs effectively.- Develop a clear understanding of internal stakeholders' objectives and align analytical solutions to address their requirements while achieving business goals.- Provide actionable and strategic insights to the Brand Leadership Team, enabling informed decisions to drive the brand's growth and positioning.Qualifications and SkillsEssential: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; Proven leadership skills; Ability to synthesize an integrate the varied sources of insight required to set brand team strategy and tactics.Desirable: Advanced Degree (MBA); Managed a group of at least 1-3 analytical staff; Broad-based commercial experience including marketing and/or sales.Key Relationship to Reach SolutionsInternal: Cross-functional teams.External: Global vendors; Partners.
