This is a hybrid role available in Horsham, PA. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application. We invite candidates from any location to apply.

Purpose: The Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Autoantibody, will contribute to the groundbreaking work that Johnson & Johnson is doing to improve outcomes in patients affected by autoantibody driven diseases. This role has a preferred candidate identified.

This role is accountable for:

Shaping the clinical programs with deep customer and market insights to optimize the opportunity for the oral FcRn program.

Providing the prioritized commercial view for opportunities aligned to disease area strategy; crafting asset valuations in partnership with global analytics and delivering clear communication of case through governance process

Leading the development of target product profiles and provide strategic commercial input into clinical study development, product development decisions, and labeling to improve value creation.

Partnering with the Nipocalimab and Deep Depletion team to leverage synergies and to deliver aligned commercial indication strategies for the oral FcRn program.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as the commercial leader to the Clinical Development Teams (CDTs) for the oral FcRn program

Inform the clinical programs with rich market insights. Support investment and other decisions with strategic rationale and business case assessments.

Develop knowledge and insights of health care providers/care market and to identify commercial advantages and anticipate challenges to adoption.

Partner with Market Access and Med Affairs to ensure a differentiated and integrated TPP, development, and life cycle management plan

Work with key cross-functional partners (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to develop differentiating value proposition and commercial forecast valuation models.

Effectively navigate the J&J network, leverage relationships and credibility to advocate for DAS positions, and influence key stakeholders and decision makers

Adopting a patient centric view to the treatment of autoantibody today and in the future

That promising science is coming to fruition in autoantibody diseases which includes the oral FcRn and deep depletion portfolio.  Autoantibody diseases occur when antibodies, which usually protect the body from harmful bacteria and viruses, mistakenly target an individual’s own tissues and organs. The oral FcRn and deep depletion portfolio has to potential to impact a wide range of autoantibody diseases

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate should be an agile teammate who provides commercial leadership while participating on cross-functional teams, gaining alignment and helping drive decision making and strategy. You must be intrinsically driven to understand, interpret and communicate commercial and competitive implications of technical/clinical/regulatory data. An understanding of clinical data and demonstrate the ability to interact with R&D colleagues on scientific issues. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership presence through influencing without authority, detailed orientation, and demonstrate strong critical thinking.

Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience in business, life sciences, or related fields is strongly preferred.

Experience in autoantibody driven Rheumatologic diseases, immunology and/or Oncology is preferred

Prior product launch and/or commercialization experience preferred

Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority, and global/regional partnership building desired.

Strong analytical skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills needed. Proven ability to simplify the complex required.

Experience with revenue forecasting, program valuation, and business case development preferred.

Capable of handling multiple priorities, leading and influencing teams, and driving alignment and decision-making efficiently.

The position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.
