The Position

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

·         Drive strategic analytics and generate insights, including macro and industry dynamics, cross-portfolio insights and competitor intelligence.

·         Build solid understanding of Roche Pharma China portfolio, pipelines and relevant disease areas.

·         Collaborate with other CPS teams to drive regular competitive intelligence tracker for the entire portfolio, and to generate insights.

·         Lead strategic research initiatives when needed, to contribute inputs and insights of the industry, innovation, competitor company, external partnerships, etc.

·         Support the China BD license-in team in the screening and high-level assessment of C4C BD opportunities.

·         Contribute and drive certain cross-portfolio initiatives in close collaboration with key stakeholders in the organization and relevant leadership team.

Build a knowledge bank within CPS which consolidates reports, databases, and knowledge to foster sharing, learning and better insights generation.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

Master degree and above. Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, life science majors preferred

Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力

Strategic Agility: Ability to link market dynamics to relevant insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Analytical Excellence: Strong capability in commercial assessment and modeling for pharmaceutical assets.

Communication: Excellent command of English and Mandarin; ability to influence senior global and local stakeholders.

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

5 years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience in consulting and in-house pharmas (as a plus)

Good presentation skills to senior leadership team

Strong interpersonal skills

Extensive knowledge of pharma industry, and market research

Strong analytical skills
