Countless opportunities to learn from the best global talent, this is a place for those who want to be challenged and empowered to do the things they never thought possible.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will develop and maintain political relationships, provide opportunities to showcase AstraZeneca’s footprint with key partners, support the development of policy and strategy, collaborate with external organizations, support colleagues across our sites, identify external speaking opportunities, build an effective internal network, work with subject matter authorities to develop new policy positions, understand how to demonstrate our investment and programs, and work with colleagues to deliver set piece engagements.You will support the Head of Corporate Affairs and drive the implementation of the advocacy strategy consistently with the policy objectives of AZ brands and disease areas . You will also need to identify, engage and collaborate with the most relevant patients associations and groups of citizens, according to the AZ strategy and values.You will also support the external communication to define and implement the corporate, TA and brand communication strategy. You will be responsible for managing media relationships and events agencies, working to manage efficiently activities from an operational and budget perspectives.Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Collaborate with local cross-functional team, to identify rich market insights across patients, providers, and payers to develop comprehensive sustainable Access framework and strategy

Support and monitor medical/ diagnostic capabilities, referrals to existing solutions, generate new thinking reframe approach to affordability

Identifies, analyses, and acts on legislative initiatives and emerging issues that could impact AstraZeneca

Serves as an internal thought leader on legislative and regulatory matters at the strategic level.

Develop compelling and differentiated product value proposition, provide advice to business unit on affordability program that ensures patient access while stewarding brand objectives

Employ own expertise in one or more areas of AstraZeneca's relations with non-governmental organizations and corporate social responsibility to support the development of programs and policies aimed at strengthening AstraZeneca's relationships with and reputation in the various communities affected by its activities

Essential For The Role

Bachelor’s degree in field of Science or Business

Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical company

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High learning agility

Fluent in English and Cantonese

Knowledge of global Pharmaceutical market

Experience managing Public Affairs, Public Relations or Communications in a number of brands and at different stages of the lifecycle

Understanding and experience of digital and social media.

Excellent command of both oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese

Desirable for the role

Experience in Government authority in HKSAR

Knowledge of financial principles, business analysis & planning

Proficiency in Mandarin
