The internship program will have a duration of 12 months with the purpose to allow the trainee to have the first approach with the labor market, in the context of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. The trainee will be able to contact the various processes in Customer Analytics & Insight – Digital areas.

Key responsibilities for this role include
• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Generative AI systems (e.g., ChatGPT, copilot) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, other).
• Integrate AI capabilities into business processes (e.g., document processing, email automation, reporting, other).
• Collaborate with CAE Head to identify automation and AI use cases across departments. • Develop and document prompt libraries, best practices, and reusable automation components.
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve AI outputs and automation performance.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support CAE Head on the digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to business users on prompt engineering and Power Platform tools.
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI integration) to track automation impact and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot automation flows and AI-driven processes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, Microsoft Power Platform updates, and industry trends.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with Generative AI tools and prompt engineering (preferred 1–2 years or demonstrated project experience).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and/or desktop flows).
• Basic knowledge of APIs, connectors, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI is a plus).
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance (GDPR knowledge is a plus, especially in healthcare/pharma).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments. • Proactive mindset with strong learning agility and adaptability.
