Support Viatris’s mission by leading artwork coordination and operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely implementation of artwork across designated regional cluster markets.
This role is responsible and accountable for managing the end-to-end process, from creation and approval to implementation, within Viatris’s Global Change Management System and established Business Processes.
Serving as the primary interface between Regulatory, Quality, Project Management, Supply Chain, Packaging Sites, and Artwork Studios, driving collaboration and operational excellence across all stakeholders. The role also carries people management responsibilities..

Serve as the primary escalation point for artwork coordinators across cluster markets, providing tactical oversight and guidance
Lead project management for cluster market initiatives, ensuring timely execution and strong support for local and regional teams
Manage operational production artwork task volumes across the team, balancing regulatory compliance with commercial priorities.
Review artwork request queues to maintain visibility of workload and allocate tasks equitably based on capacity, expertise, and priority
Build deep market knowledge and translate learnings into process and system improvements
Coordinate artwork requests within the Global Change Management System, ensuring accurate documentation
Create and maintain SKU records for new launches and existing products
Resolve artwork queries and risks proactively, escalating to Artwork Leadership or Compliance when needed
Lead a high-performing, engaged team, embedding compliance, driving development, and supporting succession planning
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in pharmaceutical artwork development and review
Strong coordination and project management skills
Solid understanding of local regulatory requirements related to artwork
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualisation
Proven ability in data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and managing team members
