Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición: Analyst Record & Operations
Propósito: Profesional con experiencia en operaciones, finanzas y gestión de procesos, responsable de garantizar la ejecución y el control de procesos financieros y operativos para LATAM, incluyendo gestión de órdenes de compra, proveedores, pagos, conciliaciones, seguimiento presupuestario, reporting financiero y monitoreo de eventos. El candidato ideal deberá contar con una sólida orientación al detalle, capacidad analítica, habilidades para trabajar con múltiples stakeholders regionales y experiencia en ambientes multinacionales. Será responsable de impulsar la mejora continua, la estandarización y la automatización de procesos, apoyándose en herramientas como SAP, Excel Avanzado, Power BI y soluciones analíticas.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Gestión y control financiero
Gestión de pagos y reconciliaciones de tarjetas de Crédito
Provisiones periódicas
Administración de proveedores
Monitoreo de eventos
Reportes de transparencia
Resolución de discrepancias y divergencias en los pagos a proveedores
Cualificaciones / Requisitos:
Profesional en Ing. industrial administración de empresas o áreas relacionada
Con 2 a 3 años de experiencia financiera compras presupuesto, pago de proveedores.
Office, Excel Avanzado, Power BI, Sap y soluciones analíticas. Ingles Básico
Buscamos un perfil con mentalidad de ownership, fuerte orientación al cumplimiento, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para transformar datos en información útil para la toma de decisiones, contribuyendo a una operación más eficiente, controlada y escalable para la organización.
