The GTMC organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our products, market and pipeline through the reallocation of resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making.

About the role

The NA Omnichannel Orchestration Manager role is accountable for overseeing the team and key processes that transform customer engagement plans into high performing HCP and Patient omnichannel campaigns, with a focus on speed-to-market, innovative capabilities, and continuous improvement. The manager will be the brands’ partner in getting the right message to the right customer via the right channels at the right time.

Main responsibilities:

Serve as brand team liaison for greater GTMC OC team, ensuring single point of accountability and coordination of all Omnichannel activities

Execute on the design of an effective campaign orchestration process, ensuring brand requirements are met, and ensuring effective change management

Collaborate on pull through of customer engagement plans into a comprehensive, analytics-driven omnichannel campaign

Collaborate with orchestration analytics colleagues to integrate data insights relevant to orchestration objectives

Work with web, media, social, print, and other channel colleagues to create effective content pull through processes, ensuring fast speed-to-market

Ensure continuous monitoring and adaptation of omnichannel campaigns to achieve marketing objectives, advising brands on effective tactical shifts

Deploy new analytics-driven capabilities that enable personalized interactions at every stage of a customer journey

Collaborate with key third parties and external vendors to ensure sufficient capability and capacity to execute brand omnichannel campaigns, and to explore new, innovative capabilities.

Collaborate with global colleagues on the pull through of derivative content

Collaborate proactively with GTMC OC and other colleagues on improvements to day-to-day marketing operations processes

Collaborate with GTMC Omnichannel Enablement Leads and Transformation Capabilities Lead on the configuration/setup of journeys that integrate Personal and Non-Personal tactics (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) via Turing as an orchestration engine.

Provide campaign metrics post launch working with the Analytics team to help inform business impact of omnichannel campaign.

About you

Experience:

8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations.

5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare industries required.

5+ years of experience with omnichannel or digital marketing execution required, experience with SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) will be preferred.

Soft skills:

Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse, global and local stakeholders.

Ability to work with external vendors

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Technical skills:

Ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural, and global environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Project management and change management skills, in a multi-priority environment

Education:

University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science)

Additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/business analytics/management/pharmacy/similar discipline is desirable

Languages:

Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
