Job Description
Au sein du département Ressources Humaines, l’alternant(e) Formation & Social sera amené à gérer ou à participer, avec le reste de l’équipe, à divers projets dédiés à la formation des collaborateurs et gestion administrative du département RH. Sa mission sera constituée de gestion de projets variés, faisant appel à son sens de l’organisation, ses qualités relationnelles et sa créativité.
Principales missions :
Collaboration avec des acteurs clés dans la filiale (équipes formation, médicales, ventes, marketing, réglementaires, RH…) pour comprendre les besoins et atteindre les objectifs prédéfinis
Assure la gestion des actions de formation sur les aspects pédagogiques, administratifs et logistiques, en coordination avec un prestataire externe
Participe l’amélioration continue de l’offre de formation
Participe à la préparation des supports et d’information et de consultation du CSE
Participe à la préparation et l’animation des formations des nouveaux arrivants
Soutien ponctuel aux projets transverses de l’équipe Ressources Humaines : communication RH, activités liées aux relations sociales
Autres :
Participer à la préparation des séances du CSE et à la préparation des informations-consultations : collecte des informations, préparation des présentations, préparation des données chiffrées, etc.
Préparer, sous la responsabilité de la RRH, les documents obligatoires pour satisfaire la législation sociale vis-à-vis des partenaires sociaux.
Gérer la BDESE.

Qualifications
Niveau d’études souhaité : Master (Bac +4/5) en ressources humaines
Une première expérience dans le domaine de la formation serait un plus
Sensibilité marquée à la gestion de projet en entreprise
Sens de l’organisation, prise d’initiative, créativité et esprit d’équipe
Maîtrise de l’outil informatique (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe…) et intérêt pour l’environnement digital
Anglais courant
