Are you passionate about advancing sustainable healthcare solutions and improving patient outcomes? We are seeking a driven Account Value Partner to join our Near Patient Care team, specializing in diagnostics, medical devices, scientific instruments, and digital health solutions.
As an Account Value Partner for Roche Diagnostics Thailand, you’ll play a vital role in managing your own territory by promoting Roche’s Diabetes and Cardio-Metabolic Disease diagnostics, along with other monitoring solutions, to healthcare providers across the continuum of care, from decentralized clinics and medical technology settings to hospital networks and home-based patient care. You will report directly to the Account Value Lead.
Your Opportunity
● Establish sales for Diabetes, Cardio-Metabolic Disease diagnostics, and other monitoring solutions in alignment with national direction to drive sales performance within your territory
● Gain insights into your territory to plan relevant activities, set priorities, and manage time effectively
● Initiate projects to optimize outcomes for both customers and the company
● Be responsible for DMS tools and explore new opportunities through innovative business models
● Ensure efficient implementation of active HDS tools in hospitals and other healthcare facilities
Who you are
● You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medical Technology, Science, Pharmacy, or another related healthcare field
● You have 2–5 years of sales experience in the medical instrument or healthcare industry
● You possess strong selling skills, with expertise in both product knowledge and identifying business opportunities
● You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● You are dependable, a team player, flexible, solution-driven, and have a growth mindset
● You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
