岗位职责
严格按照GMP及相关管理文件要求，执行下游纯化生产任务；
负责下游生产相关SOP及生产文件的起草、修订和完善，持续优化文件体系；
负责生产设备记录、台账的检查、维护及定期归档工作；
组织并带领团队完成生产前准备、层析、病毒过滤、超滤等生产操作；
负责新员工培训及技能指导，提升团队整体工作效率和操作水平；
与生产、质量、仓储等相关部门保持良好沟通与协作，保障生产顺利开展；
持续提升生产过程质量与合规水平，确保各项工作符合规范要求；
参与车间日常管理及公共事务，完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求
生物制药、生物工程、药学等相关专业，大专及以上学历；
具有2年以上重组蛋白纯化生产相关工作经验；
熟悉生物制药生产流程及GMP相关要求，具备良好的合规意识；
责任心强，工作积极主动，具备较强的学习能力、动手能力和执行力；
具有良好的团队合作精神、沟通协调能力及问题分析总结能力；
熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）；
具备一定的英文读写能力，能够阅读和理解相关技术文件。
