岗位职责
负责抗体药物下游纯化工艺开发、工艺优化及工艺放大工作；
与分析开发、上游工艺开发等相关团队密切协作，推动项目高质量、高效率开展；
负责工艺向生产部门的技术转移，并协助生产部门完成相关生产任务；
协助建立和完善部门管理制度、工作流程及员工培训体系；
负责蛋白纯化相关技术文件的撰写与维护，包括申报资料、SOP等；
协助搭建和完善下游工艺开发平台，持续提升技术能力和开发效率。
任职要求
生物技术、生物制药、药学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
本科毕业后具有4年以上相关工作经验，硕士毕业后具有2年以上相关工作经验；
具备2年以上抗体药物下游纯化工艺开发经验，具有IND及BLA项目经验；
熟悉下游工艺开发流程，具备一定的工艺放大及工艺转移能力；
具备较强的文献检索、技术分析及文件撰写能力；
具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队合作精神，能够推动跨部门项目顺利开展。
