岗位职责：
执行ADC与 BsAbs 项目的分析方法的开发、优化、确认、转移及相关问题的排查工作。
执行从早期研究阶段至临床阶段的样品检测工作，按要求完成实验、记录、数据整理。
参与撰写中英文SOP、分析方法开发及确认报告，以及其他相关技术文件。
与 CMC 团队及相关职能团队保持良好沟通与协作，支持项目研发工作的顺利推进。
任职要求：
教育背景：生物化学、分析化学或相关专业硕士或应届毕业博士学位。
工作经验：4年及以上治疗性抗体（ADC/BsAbs）分析开发相关实操经验。
语言能力：具备使用中英文撰写技术报告的能力；具备英语口语交流能力者优先。
对基于色谱的分析技术原理具备扎实理解，并具备相应的实操经验，包括但不限于：分子排阻色谱（SEC）、反相色谱（RP）、疏水相互作用色谱（HIC）、离子交换色谱（IEX）、亲水相互作用色谱（HILIC）、亲和色谱（Affinity Chromatography）等。
熟练操作并维护不同厂商的 HPLC / UPLC 系统的经验，包括 Agilent、Thermo 及 Waters 等主流平台。
具备 IND 申报支持经验（参与 ≥1 个 IND 项目）。
具备良好的问题分析与排查能力，自我驱动，具有良好的团队合作意识，能够积极支持团队工作。
