X-TA Excellence Lead (HP Cross-TA Strategic Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

1) Cross-TA Strategic Project Management:

- Drive key TCM-level initiatives and cross-TA strategic platform from design to execution for HP TCM (e.g. China Front). Establish and maintain close partnerships with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, providing end-to-end project management support. Partner actively with global teams to support global interactions.

- Lead cross-TA synergistic strategy to maximize the One HP impact and establish standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across projects.

- Manage X-TA routine operation related task, including monthly business review preparation and budget planning

- Standardize project-related processes, provide a framework for project governance, facilitate stakeholder communication, and provide support to project teams.

2) Cross-TA Operation Excellence：

- Build up necessary standard resources, platform, SOPs, models and process to optimize the cross-TA collaboration to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

- Take ownership of internal related process excellence & optimization, e.g. improvement query for BP related process (Finance, Legal & Compliance, Strategy & planning etc.)

- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and stakeholder experience.

 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree, major in Marketing, business, etc.

- At least 8-10 years’ working experience in marketing, strategic planning/or management consulting within healthcare industry

- Projects in pharmaceutical industry

- Strong cross-functional project management skills

- Excellent organizational skills. Understand how the matrix structure is implemented and understand what is carried out and how these effects change

- Drive Results, Adaptability/Flexibility

- Manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Strategic leadership skills and vision, including experience coaching and mentoring team members.

- Strong customer focus, including the desire to understand customer's needs and tailor appropriate solutions.
