About this opportunity

Your Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with a keen interest in project management and business analytics to support our global R&D Portfolio Planning & Valuation Excellence group. You will support our global team in optimizing workflows and be responsible for selected operational processes. In addition, you will support the preparation of tailored analyses and management presentations to enable data-driven decision making and optimized R&D operations. Finally, supporting interdisciplinary teams in the implementation of improvement initiatives will also be part of your responsibility. Working in our team will expose you to a variety of project and portfolio management topics in an international environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and agile group, contribute your own ideas and get to know the challenges of steering a global biopharmaceutical R&D organization.

Who you are:

Graduate/ Advanced student in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, computer science, business administration, economics, or a related field

Strong interest in project management and business analytics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

High degree of independence and strong communication and teamworking skills

Openness to get involved in a wide range of tasks and taking joy in developing creative solutions

Fluency (C1) in English, both written and spoken
