Your Role
In this role, you are at the heart of our Electronics supply chain operations in Singapore, ensuring that the safe and compliant movement of specialty chemicals and gases runs seamlessly from receipt to delivery. You will oversee third-party warehouse operations, coordinate cross-border shipments between Singapore and Malaysia, and manage import and export documentation with precision. You will conduct daily equipment inspections, support quality audit activities to ensure full adherence to site safety and work procedures. Working closely with commercial, customer service, and logistics partners, you will help ensure that every warehouse and delivery requirement is met on time and to the highest standard.
Who You Are
Prior experience in material handling, warehouse or logistics operations ideally involving chemicals or specialty gases environments is a plus.
Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers, transport vendors, and on-site contractors
Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and the ability to apply safe work procedures in a chemical or industrial environment
Valid forklift license and familiarity with emergency response procedures is a plus
Strong attention to detail in managing shipping documentation, import and export records, and invoice processing
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to read and follow technical work procedures and produce clear operational reports
Dependable team player with a proven track record of reliability and commitment to supporting daily team operations.
