What You Do

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound activities. The role leads frontline warehouse teams, monitors operational performance, drives process discipline, and ensures service, quality, and safety standards are consistently met

Strategy Development & Implementation

Support the implementation of warehouse strategies, priorities, and improvement initiatives in line with business and distribution objectives

Translate operational goals into clear warehouse action plans and daily execution priorities

Monitor warehouse KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, on-time shipment, damages, customer complaint and safety performance

Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, then recommend corrective actions

Participate in projects related to warehouse process improvement, layout optimization, workflow enhancement, and system utilization

Support the execution of continuous improvement initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost performance

Operational Management

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch

Ensure warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with defined procedures, work instructions, and service requirements

Monitor workflow, manpower allocation, and resource utilization to achieve operational targets

Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined stock handling and transaction control

Oversee cycle count, stock reconciliation, and timely system updates for all warehouse movements

Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged stock, blocked stock, and other operational issues, and ensure proper follow-up

Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, warehouse standards, quality requirements, and company policies

Conduct regular floor inspections to identify unsafe conditions, process non-compliance, or housekeeping gaps

Ensure 6S and warehouse housekeeping standards are maintained consistently

Support audit readiness and timely closure of identified compliance gaps

Organizational Development, Relationship Management & Team Leadership .

Lead, supervise, and coach warehouse staff to ensure clear accountability, discipline, and effective execution

Set daily priorities and review team progress to ensure alignment with operational needs

Build team capability through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and development support

Promote a culture of ownership, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement

Monitor attendance, shift coverage, and workforce utilization to ensure sufficient operational support

Coordinate closely with inbound, outbound, planning, transport, QA, customer service and other related functions

Escalate operational risks and issues that may affect service, compliance, cost, or customer satisfaction

Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party warehouse or logistics partners where applicable

Support communication and alignment across functions to ensure smooth end-to-end warehouse operations

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field

Minimum [5] years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management

Experience in supervising frontline teams or shift-based operations

Good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational KPI management

Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and warehouse reporting tools

Good command of written and spoken English and local language, where required
