Your Role
The Warehouse Operator manages the end-to-end flow of materials, ensuring accurate receiving, temperature-controlled storage, and precise shipping to support manufacturing and customer needs. Key responsibilities include:
Receive and store all purchased materials and inter-company transfers efficiently
Perform detailed inspections against packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders
Promptly report any material discrepancies or damaged goods
Document and label all inventory according to strict procedural protocols
Handle and store materials at required temperatures per specific safety protocols
Pick and pack outbound shipments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare all necessary shipping documentation and Material Return Authorizations (MRAs)
Issue and deliver required materials to the manufacturing floor on schedule
Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain data integrity
Operate all department tools, equipment, and software systems as required
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F
Physical Attributes:
Lifting, pulling, and tugging up to 50 pounds
Standing for up to 8 hours
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in operating manual and electric pallet jacks
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and best practices
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Solid mathematical aptitude, including the ability to perform unit of measure conversions
Salary Range for this position - $21.00 - $36.00 hourly
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
