About this opportunity
The Consumer Marketing & IMC Manager for Sanofi Vaccines is responsible for leading end-to-end Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies that drive consumer awareness, intent, and action.
In this role, you will bridge consumer insights with omnichannel marketing to build high-impact consumer education campaigns. You will work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (Medical, Legal, Regulatory), Media & Creative Agencies, Digital Center of Excellence, and Global Brand Teams to deliver culturally resonant, compliant, and measurable campaigns.
1. IMC Strategy & Brand Campaign Leadership
Lead the development and execution of annual Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plans for key vaccine portfolios across consumer audiences.
Translate complex clinical and epidemiological data into clear, empathetic, and actionable consumer narratives that drive public health literacy and vaccine confidence.
Oversee full-funnel To C marketing campaigns across digital channels (Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, Connected TV, Influencer/Creator Partnerships).
2. Media Strategy & Agency Management
Direct social, media-buying, and digital strategy agencies from brief development to execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budgets.
Co-create omnichannel consumer journeys that integrate seamlessly
3. Medical, Legal, & Regulatory (MLR) Navigation
Manage promotional assets through the internal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process (e.g., OPDP / FDA standards or local regulatory frameworks).
Ensure all communications adhere strictly to healthcare compliance guidelines while retaining creative excellence and consumer relevance.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
Experience & Education
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:7+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, advertising, or integrated marketing communications.Pharma/Vaccines or CPG background: Experience in pharmaceutical To C marketing or consumer health/CPG brand management with strict regulatory environments.
Required Technical & Leadership Skills
Omnichannel Mastery: Deep expertise in digital media channels, programmatic display, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, streaming video, and point-of-care marketing.
Agency Leadership: Proven track record of briefing, managing, and inspiring top-tier advertising and media agencies.
Analytical Capability: High proficiency in evaluating campaign analytics, media metrics, and market research to justify marketing spend and refine tactics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence medical, legal, commercial, and market access partners.
