Job Description:
Responsible for managing assigned initiatives and contributing to business results within the Specialty category, while supporting the overall category strategy and execution.
Support the development and execution of Specialty category business plans in alignment with company objectives, working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Contribute to the implementation of Specialty category marketing initiatives, including demand generation activities and new product launches, ensuring effective execution across consumer, customer, and professional touchpoints.
Partner with regional and global teams to provide local market insights and support the identification of Specialty growth opportunities.
Contribute to ACUVUE® brand-building efforts within the Specialty category, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, guidelines, and business objectives.
Lead assigned projects and workstreams, driving execution excellence and delivering agreed business outcomes.
