Your mission will be to support UCB’s external operations in a transversal manner (drug substance and drug product).

Collect and consolidate data from various stakeholders

Perform data analyses to assess operational performance and efficiency

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes

Contribute to the development and tracking of reporting and key performance indicators

Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of operational processes

Support an ongoing strategic program and its structuring

Contribute to the digitalization of activities, with a medium- to long-term perspective on automation and the use of AI

Your Profile:

Master’s degree

Professional proficiency in French and English required

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Strong team spirit and ability to work in a cross-functional environment

Interest in data and IT tools (solid knowledge or strong willingness to learn)

Please note that the strict eligibility conditions for this program are as follows:

Be between 18 and 28 years old;

Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area;

Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place;

Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time;

If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);

Have a clean criminal record.
