Veeva Vault RIM Support Engineer

POSITION PURPOSE:

The team Veeva Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Development Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with Bayer's products.   Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives we collaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Veeva Vault RIM Support Engineer (m/f/d) to support our team.

The main tasks of the position include

You ensure the operation of Business critical Veeva Vault applications to keep them audit and inspection ready

Close collaboration with international stakeholders within the Business functions

Gaining a thorough understanding about the business processes and specific process and data integration requirements to be able to strategically consult, implement, execute and cross-collaborate

You guarantee regulatory compliance of the solutions   You drive innovation within projects and platform lifecycle management

WHO YOU ARE:

University degree in science or information technology

Experience in IT platform/project/product management and support processes

You have a profound knowledge of business processes in Regulatory preferred

GxP expertise is required

Veeva Platform (Clinical Operations, RIM, Quality etc.) expertise is required

Veeva certification (Platform, eTMF, RIM etc.) preferred

You have proven intercultural and motivational skills to drive and execute tasks

Strong communication, proactive workstyle and decision-making skills distinguish you

You have a passion to experiment and transfer innovative ideas into real solutions

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
