Veeva Vault Quality Testing Specialist
POSITION PURPOSE:
The team Veeva Platform within the IT Technology and Engineering area is enabling the Development Business Functions to gain competitive advantage through process and data integration and helping patients with Bayer's products. Our contribution is the provisioning and maintenance of state-of-the-art IT platforms and architecture based on deep business process and technology knowledge. To reach our objectives wecollaborate with our colleagues in the Commercial (incl. Medical Affairs) and R&D (Research & Development) domains of Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management in continuously improving and transforming our solution portfolio.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Veeva Vault Quality Testing Specialist (m/f/d) to support our team.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Execute manual and semi-automated tests, report and track defects through their full lifecycle, and collaborate with developers on resolution.
Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO, FDA), supporting validation and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and process gaps, driving quality initiatives across the development lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Close collaboration with international stakeholders within the Business functions
WHO YOU ARE:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field Relevant experience in testing, quality assurance, validation, or a similar role Knowledge of test methods, defect tracking, and quality standards
Experience with manual and/or automated testing tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Fluent in English, both written and spoken
