Working across a highly matrixed organization, this individual will partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Global Marketing, Market Research, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing strategies and promotional resources that position UPLIZNA for sustained growth.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Neurology P2P Medical Marketing, the Manager will support franchise peer-to-peer (P2P) execution across both indications -gMG & NMOSD- and co-lead the U.S. Neurology congress planning and execution portfolio. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, disciplined project management, and high-quality execution. Working across a highly matrixed organization, this individual will partner with Thought Lead Liaisons (TLLs), Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Global Marketing, Market Research, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative P2P & congress strategy & execution that position UPLIZNA for sustained growth in the neurology space.

Key Responsibilities

Lead assigned P2P workstreams end-to-end, including speaker bureau operations, speaker recruitment and onboarding, speaker training, symposia, product theaters, field-facing resources, and/or other peer-to-peer programs.

Lead development and lifecycle management of assigned branded and disease-state P2P materials, including speaker decks and program resources; manage agency development, internal Medical, Legal and Regulatory review, approval, rollout, and ongoing updates.

Support ongoing optimization of the Neurology speaker bureau and P2P programs by monitoring execution, gathering field and customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve program quality and impact.

Co-lead annual U.S. Neurology congress planning with medical marketing leadership and a peer Medical Marketing Manager, including meeting prioritization, portfolio allocation, objectives, budgets, activation plans, and measures of success.

Own end-to-end strategy and execution for assigned congresses, including cross-functional planning, sponsorships, meeting and event space, product theaters, agency and vendor management, internal readiness, on-site execution, and post-congress follow-up.

Partner with Professional Marketing and agency teams on booth strategy, content, design, and execution for assigned congresses, ensuring alignment with franchise objectives and the broader congress plan.

Support in the development of KOL engagement plans around assigned congresses in partnership with field colleagues; support relationships with relevant professional societies, congress organizers, and external experts.

Lead pre- and post-congress alignment with Medical Affairs, TLLs, Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Global, and other partners; establish clear roles, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.

Collaborate with the Neurology Insights team to incorporate customer insights and emerging needs into P2P and congress plans.

Contribute to annual brand planning and lead assigned medical marketing tactical plans, budgets, and performance monitoring.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of competitive activity, evolving treatment dynamics, customer needs, and congress trends across NMOSD and gMG; translate relevant developments into clear recommendations.

Manage multiple agencies and external vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Professional Marketing, Patient Marketing, TLLs, Advocacy, Market Research, Market Access, Sales Operations, Sales Training, and field leadership.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
