JOB PURPOSE:
Manage distributor partners and key business objectives
Build trusting partnership with distributor partners to mobilize distributor resource
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Sales management
Work closely with distributor partners to design sales plan and drive partner team to execute accordingly Continuously review partner business performance and adapt sales plan accordingly Building trusting relationship with distributor partner team and fully mobilize distributor resources Ensure distributor partners fully follow the governing legal and compliance requirement
2. Coaching and team development
1) Team up with internal resources and provide sales and marketing training to distributor partners
2) Drive partner team competency development a through on job coaching ang regular trainings
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
College Degree or Above
Experience & Core competencies:
Minimum 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry
Minimum 2 years working experience in managing sales team, other experience in marketing or distribution functions highly valued
Strong entrepreneurship to drive business from scratch
Able to perform under pressure.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
