Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional academic promotion plans to achieve academic engagement and promotion objectives within the assigned territory.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation and enhance the company's academic influence within the region.
Monitor and collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, product developments, customer insights, and healthcare reimbursement policy implementation, and provide timely market feedback.
Conduct pharmaceutical information communication and academic promotion activities in full compliance with Gilead's Code of Ethics, Business Conduct Standards, and all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; multinational pharmaceutical company experience is preferred.
Strong scientific acumen, with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or other healthcare-related disciplines.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong work ethic, innovative mindset, and willingness to embrace challenges while demonstrating alignment with Gilead's culture and values.

工作职责：
负责辖区学术推广计划的制定与实施，达成学术推广目标；
与跨部门沟通和协作，推动项目落地，在区域内建立学术影响力；
收集市场动态（竞品、产品、客户、医保落地等），反馈市场信息；
遵守吉利德的道德规范、商业行为准则及相关法律法规要求，合规开展药品信息传递和学术推广活动。
职位要求：
1年以上医药相关领域专业经验，外企经验优先；
具备优秀的学术能力，跨部门合作及沟通能力；
具备良好抗压能力；
拥有本科或本科以上学历，要求医学、药学或医药相关专业背景；
正直诚信，勤奋踏实，勇于创新，乐于接受挑战，符合吉利德文化和价值观。
