Your role:

As part of our Customer Application team, you'll leverage your technical expertise in Single Use & Hardware technologies to drive sales and business growth across Benelux. Working closely with our Commercial and Customer Applications teams, you'll develop and implement integrated solutions tailored to each customer's needs. You'll manage complex projects from pre-sales through implementation, ensuring a seamless customer experience while assessing manufacturing processes and aligning them with our product offerings within applicable regulatory frameworks. Your role combines customer engagement - both in person and virtually - with strategic project leadership. You'll identify growth opportunities by understanding market dynamics and customer needs, assist Field Marketing and Commercial teams in executing regional action plans, and share customer feedback to shape our business strategies. Based in the region with 30–50% travel, you'll collaborate across teams to promote adoption of our Single Use & Hardware portfolio while supporting our broader product range.

Who you are:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred)

Have 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in life sciences, spanning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closure.

You have strong technical expertise in Single Use & Hardware technologies and understand bioproduction workflows across multiple modalities - mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, mRNA, Cell and Gene Therapy - with the ability to analyze customer processes and recommend the right solutions.

You're skilled at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, from pre-sales through implementation, and you know how to keep timelines on track while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

You combine a customer-centric mindset with a proactive, action-driven approach - you anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.

You communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and can build strategic relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders; French and Dutch are valuable additions to your skillset.

You're collaborative by nature, comfortable supporting our broader product portfolio and sharing insights across teams to drive collective success.
