Your Role

 

Drive Business Growth and Opportunity Development

Develop and execute regional growth strategies for Downstream products and solutions.

Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, and CA teams to identify, qualify, and accelerate business opportunities.

Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable commercial opportunities.

Drive product adoption, competitive conversion (CoCo), and step-share expansion.

Support opportunity prioritization and provide market feedback to improve business performance.

Strengthen Customer Engagement and Market Presence

Promote the company’s value proposition through customer interactions and targeted engagement activities.

Support new product introductions and strengthen competitive positioning in the market.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand customer engagement.

Support regional marketing programs, events, and business development initiatives.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree or above in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

5-10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Strong understanding of biologics manufacturing processes (e.g., mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, mRNA, Cell & Gene Therapy), with downstream processing and chromatography experience preferred.

Commercial mindset with experience in sales support, business development, or customer-facing technical roles, and the ability to identify customer needs and develop business opportunities.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Fluent in Korean and business-level English, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and customer meetings.

Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
