Job Description Summary
担当製品の在庫計画、調達計画の立案、社内・社外サプライヤーへの発注、納期管理、あるいは供給上の課題・問題解決を関係部署と協働の上リードし、担当製品の継続的な安定共有を保持することで、サンドジャパンの業績向上、予算達成に貢献する。また、適切な在庫管理、システム処理、マスターデータの設定など、内部統制上求められる要件を担保し、会社としてのコンプライアンス遵守にも貢献する。
Job Description
具体的な担当業務例：
担当製品の在庫、調達計画の立案、モニタリング
サプライヤー（国内、国外）への製品発注、納期管理・折衝、良好な関係性の構築
社内関連部門への調達状況、在庫状況の情報共有、ビジネスリスクと対策の提言
KPI（在庫金額、廃棄金額、納期遵守率、安全在庫順守率など）の管理、達成
SAPシステムを通じた発注処理、受入処理、請求書処理などの日常オペレーション
効率化、適正化を目的としたSAPシステムのマスターデータメンテナンス
関連部門を巻き込んだ担当製品における課題、あるいは品質問題等の問題解決
既存プロセス、オペレーションに対する改善で提案、業務効率化
安定共有に関する週次、月次の定例会の運営（ファシリテーション、議事録発行など）
必須要件：
3年以上のサプライチェーン、生産管理、あるいは調達業務経験（業界不問）
チームワークを重視した優れたコミュニケーション力
柔軟に周囲の環境変化に適応していけるマインドセット、行動意識
歓迎する要件：
医薬品業界、GxP環境下における経験
製造現場、工場での経験（業界不問）
SAPシステムのMM, WMモデュールを扱った経験
中級以上の英語力。ビジネスレベルの会話およびメールや文章の読解（AIツールの対応可）
