Your Planning Team supports IPT Solids, the manufacturing organization responsible for producing and packaging solid oral dosage forms supplied to patients worldwide. IPT Solids works closely with Production, Packaging, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and Weighing & Dispense, creating a dynamic environment where planning decisions have direct operational and business impact.

Develop and maintain long-term capacity, resource, and API planning strategies to support business needs, compliance expectations, product lifecycle changes, and future growth.

Lead scenario planning and risk management activities to ensure continuity of supply and mitigate potential disruptions.

Coordinate, monitor, and continuously improve end-to-end planning processes to ensure reliable supply, operational efficiency, and robust decision-making.

Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, rejects, and discards, and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.

Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Operations, Production, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Global Supply Chain, and external partners.

Represent the planning function within both the Site Supply Chain Leadership Team and the IPT Solids Leadership Team.

Drive alignment between local planning priorities and global supply chain objectives.

Independently lead strategic improvement initiatives and cross-functional supply chain projects.

Use data, analytics, and planning insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Contribute to the further professionalization of the planning organization, planning systems, and team capabilities.

Required Education, Experience and Competencies

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, Master Planning, Demand Planning, or a related planning discipline within a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with scenarios, risks, constraints, and competing priorities.

Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.

Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive, support, and adapt to change.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
