Supply Chain Director - European Midsize Markets
At Ipsen, we are creating real impact for patients and society. We are looking for an experienced supply chain leader to shape and drive market supply planning across European Midsize Markets (EMM) region.
Territories: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Ukraine
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, with the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, lead regional planning governance and support the successful delivery of medicines to patients across multiple countries.
What you'll do
Lead regional supply planning and forecasting across diverse international markets
Drive the Regional S&OP process and contribute to global Integrated Business Planning
Partner with senior leaders to translate supply chain insights into business decisions
Identify and mitigate supply, inventory and service risks
Support product launches, distribution model evolution and supply chain transformation initiatives
Champion planning excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across countries and teams
What we're looking for
Significant experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP or IBP
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration
A track record of driving operational excellence and managing complexity
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
Fluent English required
