Discover your role:

Lead complex in vivo studies in mouse models of inflammatory disease to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and define mechanism of action

Build and optimize primary cell-based assays and high-content immunological readouts, including multi-parameter flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD, and histology

Interrogate cytokine and immunoreceptor pathways to generate decision-enabling data

Influence project direction by interpreting complex datasets and communicating clear scientific recommendations to project teams, leadership, and external collaborators

Mentor junior scientists and research associates, contributing to an inclusive, collaborative culture

Shape research questions and troubleshoot complex programs from concept through readout as an independent, hypothesis-driven scientist

Partner across disciplines to move discovery programs forward, energized by cross-functional collaboration

Stay intellectually curious and adaptable, learning new approaches as scientific questions and priorities evolve.

This role requires:

Ph.D.+ 0-4 years in Immunology, Biology, Cellular and Molecular Biology, or a related discipline, or MS with at least 8 years of relevant industry or academic research experience

Hands-on expertise with mouse models of inflammatory diseases

Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry, primary cell culture and cell-based assays, ELISA/MSD, and standard molecular techniques

Strong peer-reviewed publication record and demonstrated ability to lead independent research programs

Deep immunology expertise and strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex data into clear scientific conclusions
