Your new role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform – with a primary focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application. You will combine hands-on development with day-to-day operational support, ensuring our platform remains stable, scalable, and ready to serve colleagues across the globe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations end to end across modules including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and PPM

Configuring, developing, and customizing applications to meet evolving business requirements using best practices for performance, security, and upgrade-safe development

Building and maintaining integrations with third-party tools and data sources using APIs, REST/SOAP, and scheduled imports

Owning the full development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and solution design through build, test, deployment, and ongoing support

Providing day-to-day production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Implementing and utilizing AI features within workflows to enhance development and support capabilities

Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, system managers, and business stakeholders globally

Managing Change, Release, and deployments via update sets while upholding coding, security, and QMS standards

Within this area, our ServiceNow team is responsible for the platform that underpins critical business processes – from IT service management to HR service delivery. You will join a team of skilled developers and administrators working in a global, cross-functional setup where your contributions directly enable thousands of colleagues to do their best work every day.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a developer who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and operational ownership. You'll bring with you:

10+ years in IT with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration, including strong experience with HRSD, HR portal/Employee Center implementations, and HR integrations

Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integration skills with a solid understanding of ServiceNow module capabilities and architecture

Experience with AI-assisted ServiceNow SDK/development, Reporting, and Performance Analytics

ServiceNow certifications required; ITIL foundation preferred, and experience in regulated/GxP environments is an advantage

A proven track record of support and operations in large, regulated enterprises with the ability to manage change, prioritize workload, and deliver under pressure

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across global teams

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
