About this opportunity

The Role:

Moderna   Digital Core   Governance Risk and Compliance   seeks   an experienced   digital enablement analyst   and learning management (LMS) system administrator to create   timely   and engaging learning experiences for the different employee roles and business functions of Moderna. Duties include creation of user onboarding/off-boarding training materials related to security   and digital   best practices, training campaign configuration, course   management   and creating learning paths as well as phishing simulation campaigns to drive security   and digital   awareness and proactive response behavior.

The   Sr. Digital Enablement Analyst   should be proficient with administrating   a   va riety   of   LMS   platforms   to configure courses, generate reports, develop certifications, designing learning paths and curricula, and collaborating with internal clients   and stakeholders   to enhance the learning experience. To excel in this position, the   Sr. Digital Enablement Analyst   must   possess   robust technical learning and communication skills, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and have relevant background experience and qualifications.

Here's What You’ll Do:

Set up dynamic training campaigns and phishing simulation campaigns based on specific user group targets and criteria

Set up and configure on-demand courses through the Microsoft Defender console and learning management system, including creation of new courses in the LMS and uploading course materials such as videos and workbooks, etc. when available

Develop creative security and digital training courseware solutions, across channels and learning modalities

Contribute to enablement strategy, planning, and regular reporting on execution, including KPIs

Prioritize and maintain a backlog of training   and   ena blement   projects for the   digital   team

Draft clear and effective email communications for users and their managers relating to training assignments, due dates, and non-compliance backstops

Directly support users and clients by responding to questions and providing proactive communications, collecting feedback from end users to enhance and customize training, providing potential solutions to maximize the value of their learning experience

Facilitate training kickoff working groups, maintain milestones and regularly communicate status or blockers to delivery timelines

Manage several   D igital-focused Simp pl r sites, including the creation of brand-appropriate internal communications (blog posts, newsletters, etc.)

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table   (Basic Qualif ications) 

Proven work   experience   with standard concepts,   practices,   and procedures within   the   cybersecurity   field

5+ years of experience   in similar or related position

3+ years of   program   and project management   experience

2+ years of experience developing course files and training content in Articulate 360, Canva, Simplrr ,   ClipChamp, ServiceNow, and Synthesia

E xperience   using AI   to optimize and augment tasks

Ability to develop strong relationships with Internal Comms, HR, and the broader Digital organization

Preferred Qualifications:

Four-year degree preferred

Excellent verbal and written communications

Highly organized and result-oriented

Excellent time management and organization skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Excited to learn new technologies   and grow

Strong collaborative and teamwork skills

Proven ability to influence others with limited authority

Proven ability to take initiative and follow-through on projects independently, as well as in a team environment

Can demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect   and commitment

Must be able to work with minimal supervision

A track record of driving integrity and transparency of reporting completion data, working backwards from client reporting requirements

Understanding of security engineering concepts (Secure by Design, OWASP Top 10)

The salary range for this role is $145,900.00 - $234,200.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
