This is a hybrid role based in the Wroclaw office.

Y our role:

You'll take ownership of source-to-contract activities for clinical outsourcing services, shaping how we partner with external vendors to support critical business needs. Working across international teams, you'll lead competitive sourcing processes, conduct market analysis, and negotiate contracts that deliver value while managing risk. Your day-to-day involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, developing category strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders - challenging requirements constructively and bringing procurement expertise early into decision-making. You'll combine commercial acumen with strategic thinking, using data and market insights to recommend the best sourcing approaches. This role offers real impact: your work directly influences how efficiently and effectively we access clinical outsourcing services, and you'll grow your expertise in a dynamic, regulated healthcare environment. Travel: 20 - 40% annually.

Who you are:

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline (or natural sciences), with 3+ years of procurement experience.

You have hands-on experience running RFx processes and leading supplier negotiations from start to finish.

Clinical trial or clinical outsourcing sector experience is highly valued, this is where you'll make the biggest impact.

You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and face-to-face, and thrive in international, cross-functional environments.

You combine analytical thinking with commercial judgment, using data and AI-driven insights to make sourcing decisions, not just intuition.

You understand compliance, risk, and the importance of aligning sourcing with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

You're comfortable building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, turning procurement into a strategic partnership.
