About this opportunity
Deliver procurement value by combining category management, supplier management, and AI-enabled solutions to support business objectives. The role is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance and contracts, and applying emerging AI technologies, including AI agents, to enhance procurement efficiency, automation, and decision-making.
Major AccountabilitiesAct as an AI champion within Procurement, continuously evaluating, learning, and adopting emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry innovations, and translating them into practical business applications.Connect procurement expertise with AI capabilities to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value use cases across sourcing, category management, supplier management, contracting, analytics, and operational processes.Partner with Business, IT, Data & Digital, and external partners to drive AI-enabled process transformation, intelligent automation, and productivity improvements.Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and scalable AI solutions that improve decision-making, user experience, compliance, operational efficiency, and value delivery.Support category strategy execution, RFP execution, supplier engagement, negotiation and sourcing initiatives by leveraging AI-driven insights, analytics, predictive intelligence, and automation capabilities.Manage supplier relationships, contracts, commercial negotiations, and supplier performance governance where required, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs and business objectives.Establish and promote AI best practices, knowledge sharing, experimentation, and continuous innovation within the Procurement organization to ensure ongoing adoption of future AI technologies and capabilities.Minimum RequirementsHands-on experience in building, configuring, and deploying AI Agents using modern AI platformsDemonstrated ability to translate business and procurement requirements into AI-enabled solutions and use cases.Passion for continuous learning with a proven ability to rapidly evaluate, adopt, and apply new AI tools and innovations as they emergeExperience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, Contract Management, or Procurement Operations.
