Purpose:
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract (S2C), to join the Source-to-Contract (S2C) Enablement, Americas team within Global Procurement Service Delivery. This technically-focused individual contributor advances the effectiveness, efficiency, and experience of the Americas S2C organization through data, automation, and digital enablement across North America and LATAM. The role partners closely with Category, Finance, Legal, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics, tools, and automated workflows that drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, savings visibility, and stakeholder experience.
You will be responsible for :
· Automation & Digital Tools: Design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft 365 solutions that streamline S2C intake, routing, approvals, and reporting; support automation and AI initiatives across the S2C lifecycle.
· Analytics & Reporting: Own and advance S2C performance analytics; build Power BI / Tableau dashboards and Excel / Power Query (M) models that deliver insights on throughput, savings, and stakeholder experience.
· Process Optimization: Implement cost-reduction sourcing strategies and standardize process improvements across departments; develop and maintain playbooks, DTPs, and SOPs for consistent execution at scale.
· Supplier & Spend Analysis: Conduct spend analysis, supplier scoring, and savings reporting to support sourcing decisions and category strategies.
· Stakeholder Enablement: Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, design training materials and user guides, and facilitate working sessions that drive adoption of new tools and processes.
· Compliance & Coaching: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements; coach more junior colleagues; apply J&J's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.

You are a self-directed builder who thrives in ambiguity, energized by turning manual S2C work into scalable, automated processes. You are collaborative and influential, partnering confidently across Category, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams. You have the agility to collaborate with stakeholders across all Regions. How we calculate "similar"
No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.
0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
