Senior Scientist

Your Roles:

We are seeking organometallic or silicon chemist who is responsible for the design, synthesis, purification, and characterization of novel ALD/CVD precursors.

The role involves new product development, process optimization, scale-up activities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality materials that meet customer and business requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and synthesize novel organometallic and silicon precursors for advanced semiconductor applications.

Utilize fundamental inorganic and organometallic chemistry principles to accelerate new precursor discovery.

Characterization of precursors using analytical techniques such as NMR, GC-MS, LC-MS, FT-IR, TGA, DSC.

Collaborate with the R&D team and cross‑functional partners to support project timelines and milestones.

 

  Who you are:

Ph.D. in organometallic chemistry, or a related field or a Master degree with equivalent post‑graduate experience.

Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in organometallic synthesis or a related area.

Strong background of fundamental inorganic and organometallic chemistry principles to accelerate new precursor discovery.

Capability of characterizing precursor materials using analytical techniques such as NMR, GC-MS, LC-MS, FT-IR, TGA, DSC.

Preferred

Experience in handling air and moisture sensitive materials with safety protocols.

Working experience in a global semiconductor company.

Experience in process scale-up and optimization.
