Your Role
Join our LC R&D team and contribute to the development of liquid crystal materials and applications. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys technical research, cross-functional collaboration, and working on projects that connect internal development with customer needs.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and optimize LC mixture formulations to meet customer and application requirements.
• Lead and coordinate technical development projects to deliver results on schedule
• Collaborate with global colleagues and cross-functional teams on project development, technical discussions, and problem-solving.
• Communicate with key customers on technical promotion, project discussion, troubleshooting, and solution support.
• Support innovation activities, including invention disclosure and patent-related work.
• Help improve LC mixture design rules, measurement techniques, and scientific understanding within the R&D organization.
Who You Are
• Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Material Engineering, Physics, or a related field .
• At least 5 years of experience in LC materials, LCD technologies, or closely related display/material fields .
• Strong technical competence, scientific thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Good English communication skills for technical discussions with global teams and customers.
• Strong execution skills and patience for detailed and precise work.
• A collaborative and proactive working style, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• A positive and results-oriented mindset.
