About the Role

As an Expert 2 R&D Chemist, you will lead the design and synthesis of advanced patterning materials, driving innovation through a deep understanding of their mechanisms. Your work directly fuels customer fascination and satisfaction by delivering new intellectual property.

You will play a pivotal role in guiding R&D activities and spearheading the development of new platforms for patterning materials. Collaborating closely with counterparts in the USA and Belgium, as well as the scale-up department, you will help transform cutting-edge research into impactful products that shape the future of the semiconductor business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead material design and synthesis projects for next-generation patterning materials

Elucidate clear mechanisms underlying patterning materials to innovate customer solutions

Develop new R&D platforms for patterning materials in collaboration with global teams

Work cross-functionally with scale-up and manufacturing to enable technology transfer

Generate and protect new intellectual property to strengthen business competitiveness

必須条件
