Based in Germany, this role will offer a unique opportunity to drive strategic decisions, challenge the status quo, and help redefine value-based healthcare.  This role will report into the Access Lead - Survodutide in the corporate Therapeutic Area Obesity & Liver

Tasks & responsibilities

Driving the development of a global long-term pricing & access strategy, translating payer insights into impactful pricing and access solutions.

Leading cross-functional alignment with regions and (R)OPUs to ensure consistent and effective execution across all strategic workstreams.

Developing and delivering innovative value toolbox for payer engagement, considering rapid changing obesity and MASH landscape across different healthcare systems

Developing solid global launch pricing strategies for the reimbursed and out-of-pocket markets, including launch sequence and early access programs

Orchestrating the integration of Market Access into the Global Brand Plan , including publication and communication strategies in collaboration with Medical and Marketing.

Evaluating value maximization and evidence generation opportunities through robust pricing & market access assessment

Monitoring competitor pricing and access activities to ensure competitive positioning and refine the global strategy accordingly.

Requirements

Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Health Economics, Medicine, Pharmacy, Finance, Natural Sciences or a related discipline

Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in pricing & reimbursement, consulting, or payer authorities, including a global role

Proven international exposure and strong track record in price management, value generation, and payer communication

Deep expertise in pricing methodologies, payer research, HTA, and international market access environments

Strong analytical capabilities combined with leadership skills, project management experience, and the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions

Business fluent in English
