This Is What You Will DoThe Senior Manager, US Marketing, IgAN is a key position within the US Rare Nephrology Marketing Team. This role provides a unique opportunity to support a late-stage pipeline indication, playing a key role in the execution of tactics for HCP and patient marketing initiatives and promotional activities. The incumbent will be entrusted with the responsibility to innovate and lead, ensuring executional excellence of both personal and non-personal promotional tactics. Responsibilities will encompass traditional marketing and peer-to-peer activities, congress presence, planning of launch and Plan of Action (POA) meetings, and supporting marketing operations.You Will Be Responsible For
Supporting the execution of the US IgAN launch strategy
Development and implementation of unbranded and branded tactics in collaboration with internal teams, creating engaging and impactful promotional materials that align with strategic objectives and ensure optimized market development prior to and after launch
Leading congress planning
Amplifying peer-to-peer messages through multichannel engagement tactics
Contributing to tactical plan development of established products and launch assets
Managing project timelines, including development of work plans and routing of all promotional materials through the appropriate review channels
Leading the development of training materials to support the field organization for launch; plan and coordinate communications for roll-out
Overseeing field force resource guide and track utilization of field force resources in inventory
Collaborating extensively with marketing, field teams, training department, and other functions to ensure we are achieving key milestones and targets and uncovering needs/trends
Tracking and monitoring key performance indicators for both personal and non-personal promotion
Staying informed on competitive and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities proactively
Managing external agency partners, including management of associated project budgets and forecasts/accruals
Collaborating with Procurement and Legal to process and submit contractual documents (e.g. scopes of work; consultant contracts) efficiently
Partnering closely with finance to oversee budget and accrual tracking
You Will Need To Have
Bachelor’s degree required (science or business field preferred)
3+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in biotech/pharma (e..g agency or consulting); minimum of 1 year marketing drugs in the US
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget while prioritizing requirements
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and proven ability to influence without authority
Experience in managing external agencies or vendors along with responsibility for budget management
Understanding of the Legal and Regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotion, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee process
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment, prioritizing work to achieve positive results
Ability to travel up to 20% of time

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $115,795 to $173,693. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives, an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
