The Senior Manager, Systems & Collaboration Platforms Business Operations serves as the business-side operational owner for Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms, including Planisware, Planview Advisor, Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, and related enterprise systems. This role is responsible for supporting effective platform operations, governance, business administration, user support, and operational readiness across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Planning & Collaborations Platforms, this position partners closely with Regeneron Digital & Technology, Enterprise Stewardship & Standards, Data Stewardship & Quality, DADS, Business Process Owners, and Functional Area subject matter experts across the enterprise to ensure platforms operate efficiently, support business objectives, and remain aligned with governance standards and operational requirements. The role owns platform operations and business administration while working within established data governance frameworks and stewardship processes.

Execute operational priorities established by the Enterprise Planning & Collaborations Platforms Lead, ensuring day to day administration, platform performance & reliability, operational effectiveness, and user readiness across Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms.

Serve as the business-side owner for platform operations, partnering with Regeneron-Digital & Technology to support system administration/product owner activities, user access management, incident resolution, system upgrades, releases, and operational support.

Manage business administration processes, including access approvals, user onboarding, operational support, issue intake, and request tracking.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system enhancements and releases, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and effective issue resolution.

Establish and maintain operational standards, service processes, governance documentation, knowledge articles, and business-rule documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and consistent platform use.

Prepare decision records, impact assessments, recommendations, and escalation packages to support governance forums and operational decision-making.

Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise, including Enterprise Stewardship & Standards, Data Stewardship & Quality, DADS, Regeneron-Digital & Technology, Business Process Owners, and Functional Area leaders, to ensure platform operations, governance processes, reporting readiness, and business requirements remain aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.

Support governance and change-control processes by evaluating operational impacts, maintaining documentation, and facilitating implementation of approved changes.

Monitor and report key operational metrics, including user satisfaction, issue resolution performance, change success rates, platform adoption, and compliance with approved standards.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve user experience, platform effectiveness, operational efficiency, and governance maturity across the enterprise platform ecosystem.

Support functional SMEs, Change Agents, and business stakeholders by providing operational guidance, responding to platform-related inquiries, and ensuring user needs are represented in platform decisions.

Maintain operational records, documentation, and knowledge repositories to support compliance, transparency, and business continuity.

This role requires:

Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 8+ years in operational or enterprise planning, including experience facilitating cross-functional alignment on processes and initiatives. Biopharma / drug development experience preferred.

Experience supporting enterprise planning, portfolio management, project management, resource management, or collaboration platforms in a biopharma, R&D, or regulated business environment.

Experience with Planisware, Planview Advisor, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar business operations and workflow platforms.

Experience developing or maintaining business-rule documentation, knowledge articles, UAT materials, operational SOPs, decision records, or governance documentation.

Experience supporting platform governance, change control boards, release management, access governance, template governance, or operational support models.

Familiarity with data stewardship, data governance, analytics/reporting, and enterprise glossary concepts is preferred, particularly to support partnership with Enterprise Stewardship & Standards.

Experience tracking adoption, user engagement, operational metrics, support trends, and service performance indicators.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred but not required.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across a complex matrix organization
