Digital Health Landscape: Monitor emerging technologies in neuropsychiatry, digital phenotyping, remote assessment, passive sensing, and speech and language analytics to bring forward next-generation solutions for neuropsychiatry R&D.

Digital Endpoints & Tools: Execute the neuropsychiatry-focused digital health strategy by applying AI/ML, modeling, and longitudinal analytics to support patient stratification, endpoint development, and clinical trial optimization, in partnership with disease experts, statisticians, and platforms and clinical teams on study design and validation of digital measures, balancing their informativeness with low clinical burden for patients and study teams.

Advanced Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply sophisticated statistical/ML/AI models using digital health data to generate insights into disease and treatment outcomes. Leverage longitudinal disease modeling, Bayesian methods, and causal inference techniques to inform decision-making.

Multimodal Integration : Develop multimodal approaches combining digital health data with imaging, blood-based biomarkers, omics, and real-world data to provide a more holistic picture of patients suffering from neuropsychiatric disease.

Evidence Generation: Contribute to evidence packages to support regulatory qualification of digital endpoints and tools.

Regulatory: Ensure validation and compliance with evolving global regulatory and data privacy standards.

Internal Leadership: Collaborate with clinical operations to integrate digital health technologies into trial design, working cross-functionally to optimize data capture, integration, and interoperability of digital solutions.

External Leadership: Partner with regulatory and medical affairs to build external collaborations with academic groups, technology partners, regulators, health authorities, and payers to advance digital health standards and novel endpoints.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
