Regeneron is currently seeking a Senior Manager Quality Assurance (QA) to join our internal QA Drug Product Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for quality floor oversight of the filling (i.e. equipment prep, formulation, and filling) operations for SA12.

Work model: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Discover your role:
Provide leadership to multiple teams under your supervision
Oversee quality of all equipment prep, formulation, and filling (multiple lines)
Own programs that support the department, such as area walkthroughs
Support the development and growth of your team, including your people leaders
Serve as the leadership point of contact for escalation of events and process updates
Demonstrate leadership in cGMP environments, including speaking to and preparing for regulatory inspections and audits
Collaborate and communicate effectively cross-functionally
Think critically and drive continuous process improvement
Lead a GMP department through a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The environment and physical rhythms of the role:
Gowning: Full cleanroom attire (Examples may include: including laundered undergarments, gown, facemask, hairnet, safety glasses, safety shoes and booties, latex gloves and the use of sanitizing agents during gowning process including IPA)
Ability to remove jewelry, make-up and nail adornments when wearing cleanroom attire
This role requires:
BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience and 8+ years of relevant experience
Previous people leadership/supervisory experience
Experience with drug product manufacturing and/or fill finish is preferred
