The Role

BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit a permanent Senior Manager - Operational Excellence, Digital and Data (Quality).

Role Purpose

Lead the integration of Digital, Data, and Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement across the Quality business unit (QC, QA and QP). Ensure solutions are value-driven, effectively adopted and sustained. Build capability across Digital, Data Analytics and Operational Excellence, while embedding the COMPASS business system and ways of working.

1. Operational Excellence

Define and deliver the Quality Operational Excellence roadmap, aligned to business priorities.

Lead the Lean Labs and continuous improvement programmes for the site using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Deploy and sustain the COMPASS business system as the standard way of working.

Embed Tiered Management, KPIs, KBIs and visual management to track progress and drive accountability.

Build OpEx capability through coaching, training, and facilitation.

2. Digital Excellence

Define and deliver the Quality digital roadmap, aligned to the campus digital strategy.

Translate global and network transformations, such as Fusion, into practical site-level execution.

Ensure change management, communication and engagement are embedded in all SDP transformation efforts.

Represent Quality operations at the AI Community of Practice

Integrate digital solutions into Operational Excellence systems, such as digital Tier boards and scorecards.

Partner with BIT/Digital to deliver scalable, business-led solutions.

3. Data Excellence

Define the Quality data strategy, governance and standards to establish a single source of truth.

Deploy dashboards and analytics for real-time performance visibility

Enable predictive and diagnostic insights to support decision-making.

Build data literacy and drive evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering

At least 5 years’ experience in Operational Excellence, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation.

A sound understanding of bio/pharma Quality (QC, QA & QP) processes

Black-Belt level lean and six sigma qualification (preferred)

Change & Transformation qualification (preferred)
