Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing - Austria, Switzerland & Portugal

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Oncology Marketing, DACH & Portugal to join our International Commercial team, supporting our oncology business across Austria, Switzerland, and Portugal in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will develop and deliver brand strategy across international markets while collaborating with Medical Affairs, global teams, agencies, and external partners. Discover your role:

Lead local brand marketing plan development and execution.

Analyse market dynamics to find opportunities and identify risks.

Shape brand strategy aligned with global direction.

Partner with Medical Affairs on market approaches.

Drive compliant promotional activities across channels.

Adapt global materials for local market use.

Plan congresses, healthcare professional engagement, and events.

You build positive relationships while balancing strategy and execution.

This role requires:

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.

8-10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology brand marketing.

Strong knowledge of the Austrian and Swiss healthcare markets.

Experience managing agencies and external partners.

Knowledge of healthcare compliance and promotional regulations.

Proficiency in English & German.

Willingness to travel approximately 30-40%.

Experience in oncology marketing, including immuno-oncology, preferred.

Product launch experience preferred.

Strong prioritization, relationship-building, and budget management skills.

Salary Range (annually)

€87,525.00 - €145,875.00
