We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manager to lead IT Patient Services projects and support in the APAC region. The successful candidate will ensure that IT salesforce.com systems and processes meet business needs, (GxP) compliance standards while enhancing patient services. The role involves eliciting business requirements, documenting processes in HP ALM, and supporting the design, validation, and implementation of IT solutions.You will collaborate with IT, clinical, and operations teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
Your Role:
Business Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
Ensure requirements are evaluated for GxP relevance and regulatory impact.
Document business requirements, processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures in HP ALM to ensure accuracy and GxP compliance.
Maintain clear traceability from requirements through test cases and validation artifacts.Design and Implementation Support
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT SFDC solutions that support patient services business needs while upholding IT standards, GxP compliance, and company SOPs and guidelines.Support validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ testing, risk assessments, and change control for GxP relevant changes.
Prepare and provide necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance during audits.
Support continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with IT, PSP clinical and medical and operations teams to align project goals and requirements.
Facilitate effective communication and governance within APAC region.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong experience in documenting processes and workflows and maintaining robust documentation practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience leading SFDC IT projects in the APAC region.
Familiarity with validation frameworks, change control, and audit readiness.
Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
