We are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations Oncology to join our International Commercial Operations team, supporting our Japan business in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will enable local implementation of commercial strategies and drive continuous improvement, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners. Discover your role:

Lead continuous improvement of local commercial processes for quality, efficiency, and scalability

Design and build future-proof commercial operations model to enable launches of pipeline products

Partner with Marketing and IT to govern and manage promotional materials and product websites, ensuring compliance with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes

Facilitate local healthcare professional contracting, managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Partner with Compliance and business teams to ensure oncology meetings, events, and sponsorships are reviewed, approved, and executed efficiently

Execute local field sizing, alignments, targeting, and segmentation in partnership with analytics teams for current and future pipeline products

You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, driving business optimization

This role requires:

8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry commercial experience, with increasing responsibility

5 years of commercial operations experience in an international or cross-country setting

Understanding of Japan biopharmaceutical commercial market dynamics

Strategic thinking and hands-on experience implementing large-scale initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders

Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with problem-solving ability and experience collaborating with management, vendors, and field teams

Expertise in data visualization and data storytelling

Strong organizational, project management, change management, and presentation skills

Ability to deliver against deadlines while managing multiple projects

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Veeva

Intermediate English speaking and writing skills

Prior experience in a pharmaceutical industry or consulting company is a plus
